How long will delivery take?

Delivery times are reliant on the wholesaler as they send it direct from their warehouse. They aim to have products delivered between 15 and 21 days depending of course on the delivery location. You will receive an email as soon as delivery is underway and because its my business you have bought the product through, you can rest assured i will be on them the whole way. I understand how nerve racking it is to buy from a new site as I've done it myself. 

Will you be getting new products?

I am a new business and a busy mum but I endeavour to update the products regularly, there are still things I need to keep tweaking with the website so please bare with me while I build my store. Alternatively, if you have a product that you are searching for and I don't have in my store please get in touch and I will try my hardest to source it for you. 

Does Sensory Planet have social media?

Will you have Pay in 4 available?

I will be working towards offering Zip and Afterpay soon.

Do you have a physical store I can visit?

The short answer is No, but it won't be a No forever. One of my goals for starting this business is to make these types of products more accessible, in doing that I will need to eventually have a store, as it grows (fingers crossed) I will be able to buy all my products and store and deliver them myself instead of dropshipping which is what I am currently doing to get everything off the ground.
